try increasing your virtual memory allocation.

right click my compute.
advanced tab.
advanced tab.
click change on virtual memory.

you have many options in there, system managed or customized. if you choose customized, you need to allocate disk space which will serve as virtual memory. maximum setting is 4069 MB. i would suggest setting it as system managed, if its already in system managed setting, then max out the manual settings. apply and restart.

you may also need to check out if your system is set to load all the Window's Core Applications to your memory, this might be causing virtual memory popups since this setting will force windows core applications to be loaded into your memory leaving little for other third-party applications. it is recommended to load all core applications to the memory if you have at least a 512MB memory.

palit nalang ug additional memory... hinay ra kaayo ug dagan ang 256mb sa winxp... especially kung naa kay daghang games or programs nga bug-at....

1gb min and max. is enuf ^_^ taas rana ang 2gb... and also dont forget to chk if your drive has that free space.

ang ako hard disk 40GB seagat....nya ang nka install only OS and Office ra jud.

kai gamiton raman ni nga unit kung mag internet ug mag type pra project...

nya kung mag internet ko maoni kasagaran igawas nya virtual memory low..or insufficient memory

nasudlan kag mga spyware... pag-internet nimo... download ug anti-spyware... daghan na kaayo na nagdagan sa imo system nga spyware... mao nang mag virtual memory low na siya... mao ra na siya ang hinungdan... ayo-ayo...
