    Default Makatambok ba ang taho?


    Guys ask lang ko ninyo ani.... kay inig human nako ug jogging inig gawas nako makakita ko ug taho pero magduha2 ko ug palit kay basin makatambok. basin masayang lang jud akong jogging. makatambok ba jud?

    ayaw ana inum brod ang taho made of beans gyud na sya.ug daghan nimu ug inum makadaot na sa kidney... ako wa gyud ko mu inom ana kapoy kaayo ug dagan ug pila ka rounds mabawi imu gi dagan

    yes taho is made from soya beans. protein packed siya. i don't think its bad to have one once in a while (as kids, we used to buy everyday!).

    always consider your diet (the food you consume) in its entirety. remember the food triangle?

    but the best really is to consult a dietician to sort out your nutrition needs while on a fitness program.

    ingun cla mka tambok daw. ambot ug tinuod ba. bsta ky among bata dinhi, every morning among pakan-un ug taho para daw baskug hehehe

    ang syrup kay tam is man so sugar na mao tingali na maka tambok. antosan jud na nimo ang ka loob kung dili ka gusto mo tambok heheh

    ok ra na taho uy kay naa protein mokaon gani ko taho walay syrup lami man inig human nako jog diha sa abellana balig 20 pesos gud na ako kan-on kada human flat man lagi ako tiyan heheheh

    healthy rman nang taho. dli rman guro na mkatambok.. kinaOn gud nas mga insik which are health conscious, kana ilang tofu, kaliwat rman nas taho d ba? sakto ba?gahi nlng cya and walay latik. ahehe..

    latik guro mkatambok kay tam-is.. hehe =p

    Taho & Tokwa (tofu) is made of Soya Beans

    Miso, Natto, Soya Sauce, etc. is made of soy beans gihapon...
