Space for Rent?

hi, ask ko lang po, kase mag rerent kami ng isang space, commercial, no paint pa sya and gusto sana namin sya ipa tiles, bago palang kc yung pwesto, my question is, pag ipina tiles ba namin sya, pwede namin i ask sa owner na ibawas sa rent yung magagastos?

and the space is about 54 sq m. , how much po dapat ang rent dito? location is a little far from town proper but it is walking distance. problem po kase hindi ko ma ask ang owner cause he is my uncle, medyo nahihiya ako mag ask.

as for the improvements nang space, di dapat ibawas sa rental at pag aalis na kayo sa place, di na rin ninyo pwedeng tanggalin
