Technical Agents (13 positions)
• Bachelors or Associate Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service/support environment
• Aptitude for providing positive customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC proficient (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of call management and network/ATM monitoring applications would be an advantage

HR Operations Agent (1 position)
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Microsoft Outlook
• Attention to Detail and Organization
• Prior work experience in the HR field (i.e. staffing, shared services, HRIS) Prior Experience in Customer Support or Incident Management PeopleSoft experience Taleo experience eRecruit experience.
