Guys, im a newbie here. Can anyone help me with this.

I tried loading a cso game to my psp under the folder PSP>GAME, why can't i see it in my psp. All I can see are the demo games from my UMD disc.
and when I checked the memory stick in the PSP, it reads, no games found. Help
