before doing any repairs, ground yourself first by simply touching any metal part of the unpowered device (which should be plugged into a properly-grounded AC outlet)... if you're working on any surface that will statically charge you (e.g. carpets), tie one end of a wire strap on your wrist and secure the other end on any metal part of the device you are repairing (again, which should be off and plugged into a properly-grounded AC outlet)

work on wooden floor, wear rubber gloves, pareho sa mga doctor nga gloves, kanang fit. Ayaw kanang panghugas og plato kay luag2x man na sa kamot kay freesize..

Para sure jud ka, wear a bracelet or anything metal basta wrap around the wrist, nya i-connect sa grounded nga electronic..

use a ground mat and ground wrist wrap then ikabit o ipa ak ang other end sa casing or any metal sa imo pc. grounding using the wrist wrap is an sop.ahehe
