A confidential Malacanang document was leaked by a Palace insider to the opposition. The plan was named "Perfect Storm." In the said plan, GMA and her family will leave Malacanang and a three civilian council supported by pro Arroyo generals will take over. The said three man council is supposed to compose former President Fidel V. Ramos, Jose de Venecia and the third member is a toss up between Interior Secretary Angelo Reyes and Vice President Noli de Castro.

Gloria Arroyo is agreeable to the plan because the said three man council will shield Mrs. Arroyo and her family from possible lawsuits once they are in power. This three man council will secure the support of George Bush who are more than willing to acced to the plan if only to ensure that the war on terror will be sustained in this part of the globe. The three man concil together with the handpicked generals will become willing puppets to the US government and protector of the Arroyo family.

Oplan Perfect Storm will be implemented in late January 2006 or early February 2006.

The report also predicted that the peso will take a nosedive after the remittances of the OFW will stop after Christmas period.

If you notice, most coup de etat are unannounced to have the element of surprise.

This "leaked" document may not even exist.
