    Default Why do you like or don't like to work in a call center?


    After graduation naay job fair sa school, naa usa ka pinakasikat na company didto so nangapply ko and all. Nakuha ko after the grueling interviews. I know already na call center ang work, I never researched about it ang pros and cons na overwhelm man gud ko sa offer sa sweldo (my own fault) so I signed up for it. After a week of taking calls na I was feeling uncomfortable sa job, not because of the people but because of the schedule and ang work grabe. 80 to 100 calls per shift and feeling nako ang earphones kay mura ug chain nga imu isuot every shift and ang tooot sa phone until now manlibarot akong balahibo pag makadungog ko and lastly mahurt man jud ko sa mga racist, irate ug mang.underestimate na customers, dili lang gyud ko anad. In the end the job was not for me I resigned, and said to myself na that is my first and last call center work I will have.

    Kamu share mo why you like or don't like working in a call center. Para pud sa mga people nga naay plan to work para makita nila ang pros and cons. haha

    It's part of the job gyud, kanang maka dawat kag balikas nga di makaon sa iro. Pero matud pa sa akong mga migo/mega nga call center agents, sa sinugdan ra man na, eventually, you'll get used to it, mo katawa nalang ka while nag yawyaw ang customer, after all, they can't do anything to hurt you -- physically. But kung sensitive ka nga tao and dali ma hurt, mas maayo mangita kag lain job.

    Ako di ko ganahan mo work sa call center kay di ko kamao mo English. Ing-ana ra ka simple. lol

    haha.. nice one brader.. i thought ganahan ka muwork tsada kaau ang start sa imu reply. but anyways. sensitive ra gyud dagay ko nga person, kay dugay man gud ko maka.move. on sa work even sa love. hahaha

    why i like callcenter? actually first ganahan ko. pero karun dili na labi ng csr?
    irate kay ang customers. maypa maninda og saging hahaha

    lagi ma'am ang irate customer gyud mang.under nya mang.intimidate gasalig kay on the phone lang mga telephone gangsta. haha

    I see why you are resigning bro.

    Truth be told, it isn't really easy to manage stress in the call center. In my case, I've been used to these calls since I worked in an outbound call center originally, cold-calling customers and hearing a lot of their F's and Curses. Haha. Nonetheless, it was an experience worth having.

    What I like in the call center industry is my capability to provide. To provide not just for my needs, but my family as well

    di ko ka survive og graveyard shift then weak pa jud og englis! tsk
