Imbis diay unta to daku ug mahimo ang deal pero basin ug naay naka "safety ug gamay" (gamayun lang nato) sa ilang bulsa o ipaagi ug mga corporate shares nga wa lang ta kahibalo mao nga Ok nalang so long as nahalin unya naa dyud ikabayad sa iyang utang. Kini gud bro dang pamahala just like the way you said bahala nalang ug mao dyud iyang dangatan. But let us look on the brighter side of life. Ug mahimo dyud diay unta nga i maximize ang potential sa sale anang SRP nganung wa man ni buhata sa mga liders natu diha sa City Hall?

Nganung nag huwat pa man sila nga bukingon sila ni PJ nga dala sad pamulitika? Daghan man kaha mga maayong laki nga abugado ang City Hall or were they really doing their homework in the first place? Unya ingnon lang lagi ka nga the deal is above board. The question now is what if in the grand finale, the deal is "under board"? Aber?

Mora man gud ni ron bro ug sugal ba nga naay side bet. Now we will see ug kinsa dyud mobarug ini nila kay nagbahad ma si PJ nga dalhun dyud ni niya nga issue sa korte. Mangabahu dyud na sila ug samut diha and the problem is Tomas is ailing.
i know exactly what you are driving at BUT in that side of the world, maayo na lang nga na'ay project kay sa kurakuton tanan.

in a nutshell, maayo na lang naa pa ka'y nakita sa imong buhis but wishfully thinking that you get 100% of your taxes worth is next to impossible and that is not only in Cebu but the entire country.

i am not a pessimist but a realist.

Osmena Clan VS. Garcia Clan, that's what I'd like to see but kung kuhaan nato ug stats mas daghan Garcia ron nga naa sa position but let's not underestimate the Osmenas coz these guys have been long enough in the game and has "played" with a couple of administrations already.

i don't not totally dislike the Garcias but unta pareho sila ug accomplishments sa mga Osmenas. sa ako man gud nakita, puro ra sila satsat unya overrated, photo-op'ed projects.

Bros, if everything is above board as told by the Cebu City government and Tomas O, then there is no need to worry.

Why all the fuss, when a congressman is just asking questions?

I trust the lawyer-councilmen of the City of Cebu that they have given the City and its constituents the best deal. I hope they will not back down on this congressional inquiry.

If they are proven wrong, I hope Tomas and his councilors will RESIGN. If Pablo John is wrong then I hope he too will resign.

    ....

It's politics and business, there is no such thing as black and white or right or wrong. City Hall may havwe cut corners but then Capitol has too. So does that mean they will all resign?

    WHY NOT?

They all claim to be righteous when they're not. Should we let them stay on and continue to systematically rob our coffers?

Saktu man ni bro pero at this time, it is the Capitol that is digging the dirt of City Hall's wrongdoings while City is doing nothing -nangyugpus lang. They should also start collating whatever ills they can find against capitol aron ma balanse ba.

But the Capitol is landing the solid punches. Nabun-og na ug maayo ang City Hall and yet it don't seem to fight back. And the viewers doesn't like to see losers. So maingon ta kintahay nga pakulata nalang gyud ron ang City Hall. This might give a bad signal to the public. When you don't want to see losers you will start believing that ''yeah the other guy is telling it right".

ideally not, but basing on how our government is run, it's not like we have choice.

though they might have discovered a legal loophole, kahibaw ta nga pang-lawgaw ra gyud ning ilaha para mo-succumb sa ilang gusto si tomas/cebu city hall or di na babagan ilang projects that is in Cebu City naa ra gyud anang duha.

i bet, kung mo dayon ang land swap unya di na hilabtan ang Ciudad Project sa Capitol, ma undang gyud ni tanan as if wala'y nahitabo ang mga Sugubanon ra gyud ang nahulog ug mga amaw na audience ani ilang away.

there are no permanent friends nor enemies, only permanent interests.
