front squat @200 lbs... 4 reps..whew! this is hard but it's worth every minute... my abs/core muscle had quite a workout.
back squat @280 lbs... 4 reps... i had trouble going up on my last rep but thanks to thee Almighty i made it through
20 lbs more and i'm already good with my 300 lbs target... deadlifted 290 lbs at 5 reps.. my grip is getting stronger and although i already reached my target for this one, my work set is usually peg at 260 lbs.. so at 290, it's already a big improvement
i think i'll finally be able to squat 300 lbs next week... fingers crossed!
