actually, let say or lets accept it, daghan ang dile salig sa pagpadaa by courier here in philippines, ug daghan pud ang tapulan na sila ang mobuhat

naa pud- naa silay HDD nga walay gamit so meaning, not functional and they are not interested to do the RMA so im them


ang ako- buy ra man or swapping- kay naay uban gusto nila i-convert na lang into money so they can upgrade capacity or buying new accessories for their rig

is that so hard to understand ?

naka read ko sa thread ani nila sa buy and sell. para fair.... butangan unta didto option pwede do it your self sa pagpa RMA. or kung hasolan ang owner sa harddisk or battery..balligya nalang kay hasolan or basura na niya ang item.

Wala mansad gibutang didto nga free ra diay ang pagpa RMA. para naay pud ta idea why man sila mamalit og defective harddisk or battery.
i think dili jud fair ang buyer ani nga items.

Nice info bro.. I'v been doing RMAs myself.. (mga 3 times na)paid only less than P400 for shipment to manila (LBC), follow lang sa intruction sa site sa seagate...

wala pako nkatry ug WD..

Naa ko gamay mga question/s:
1. ang samsung hdd , same naba sa seagate ang address ug procedure? kay samsung & seagate usa nman..
2. naa ba WD warranty nga sa manila lang ipadala? nakatry namo? asa ipadala?

1. how much is the cost of shipping from cebu to seagate?
2. Days of the Item recieved ?
3. How much do you pay for OTHER CHARGES when the item is recieved?

1. Cost of shipping from Cebu to Singapore - Seagate: P650 at Air21 Fuente Osmeña office. (Wa ko kbw if naa ba sa Manila)
2. Less than a week, or less than 5 working days.
3. There are no other charges if Seagate finds your hard drive defective and under warranty (refer to Seagate website).
