Bump time lowered to 6 hours under buy/sell

So far 6 hours bump is very much okay but it will be better if you can make it 3 hours if it's fine lang naman...

lower than 6 hours is too much..it causes too much flood na especially sa mga pasaway na walay basa2x sa buy and sell rules..

I think 6 hours is good enough. 3 hours is too much and causes flooding

I dont even mind when the bump time was 12 hours so samot na for 6 hours hehehe
