I have already passed the exams and was interviewed last Thursday, April 14 (exams in the afternoon and 10 PM for interview). Wala may comment pag human interview and the HR only said that she will call or email me (and even the rest of interviewees in my batch) next week supposedly starting this week na. I'm starting to look for its [Zylun] contact number but found nothing. Bisag asa nako nangita pero wala man japon. Does any one of you know this? Or should I just wait for the call so as not to spoil the results? How bout in your case when you were about to work for the company? I badly need your answers now para mahimutang na ko. Thanks in advance![]()

I'm so interested to apply because I'm really tired of taking calls. Gusto ko non-voice nasad. But since pamilyado nako, gusto ko makahibaw kung nindot ba ilang health benefits. You know naman, mahal jud ang ospital. Mao na interested jud ko if Nag.offer sila ug health insurance apil ang dependents? apil ba na sa ilang benefits as an employee? How much mansad ang coverage ug unsa ila healthcare insurance? maxicare?
Kung kinsa man gani ang currently working sa zylun, I badly need your answer. Thanks much!![]()

It just shows you are not professional and you cant bear strict rules. Jusko house rules reflect the image of its employees and much more to its employer. YOU ARE THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY. I pity you for having a mentality like that.
Niresign ka because of house rules? To think na ingon ana ra nga rules imo giresignan? Tsk tsk
MOST of the high paying companies have strict rules and policies. I bet you will never be promoted or be hired with these companies. GROW UP, realize you are not playing BUT working in a company that is trying to impress its clients.

Rules are intended to make sure everyone is working when they are expected to, I believe Zylun has that policy in place but did not want to impose it strictly because they trust that their employees are responsible enough to not abuse it. All companies have their own rules depending on what the account demands, and im sure not all employees likes strict policies, most of the time it depends on what the employees are used to, also there are agents who are rather natural rebels and loves to break rules. breaking rules is exciting, isnt it?Talking of clients, they also have their own rules that they want to implement and more pressing issues to handle and sometimes not notice other concerns but im sure they are also working together with the management on these. As for my opinion, Zylun wants a fun, happy WORKING environment and they do not want to impose too much when it is not necessary. Surely they have a reason for that.
i agree but what's the use of imposing sanctions if management is too lenient and considerate?
Sanctions are there so employees would abide the policies and rules. Im sure zylun has one, like any other companies out there.
Indeed we love to break rules. But as I've said, what the employees are showing, reflect to the management and the image of the company.
