Well, speaking of blunder, remember that the sale of SRP to Filinvest is very irregular. It's not just ang mga tawo kay fanatic ni Tomas thus they prefer to keep a blind eye from the wrongdoings of Tomas.

Everything about the SRP deal is above-board, otherwise SM and other prospective investors will look somewhere else. It's not about being fanatic, it's TOMAS way of governance that made the majority like him.

Daghan sad mga suga/sodium lamps dili maniga, ngitngit gani kaayu nang Osmena Blvd., samot na cguro ug mu-adto ka ug MJ cuenco ug ubang dalan sa cuidad.

    And that's not just it.

There are squatters, street children sniffing rugby, banks being robbed by robbers, vandalism, shabu, drug addicts, etc. And yet the city prides itself as the QUEEN CITY OF THE SOUTH.

Matud pa ni Osmena sa una, "I will make Cebu City second to none." Pero unsay nahitabo?

Hambugero ra kaayo ni si Tomas. He thinks that he owns Cebu, he thinks that he is the only one WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING and that everybody SHOULD LISTEN to him and him alone.

I will not vote for Tomas, nor will I vote for Gwen too.

For me, Raul del Mar for Mayor and Ace Durano for Governor.
I respect your opinion bai. pero ngitngit ang Osmena Blvd ug MJ Cuenco? i dont think so, kada gabii man ko agi diha pwede gani dili mag pasiga sa headlight.

Bai, it's true man sad pod jud nga daghan pondo ang province. Dili jus na malalis because it's in the records BUT IT doesn't mean nga automatic kinahanglan FIRST WORLD na jud dayon ang amenities sa province.

Remember that it's not just the province who has to spend the lights, good roads, etc. Naay DPWH ug ubang agencies. Naay bidding, etc. Naa pod priorities, etc.

It's just like Cebu City. According to Tomas, he will make Cebu City kuno second to none, pero nganong hangtud karon second ra man gihapon ang Cebu sa Manila?

There might be flaws in the province but it's not Gwen who's to be blamed for that. Remember that Gwen is not the first and last governor of Cebu.

the squatters mainly came from the province... mao btaw squat sila sa city kay wa sila tarong pangita sa probinsya...

and about the funds used for the sign? probably public, probably personal pud. sa province nag gamit man pud sila public funds, labina gamit pa gyud para tourism daw apil na gud pangumpanya ug pa posing2x... apil pud laag2x, duwa2x, etc.

actually, pareho sila politiko. the question is kinsa man ang ga serbi ug tarong. bisan mag patay pa sila dha, wa tay labot, ang importante ang receiving end. kita ang ma alkansi sa mga binuang. deperensya man gud sa usa, cge lang ug pang hambog, pero way klaro ang resulta, whereas ang usa, cge panghambug, naa man agi. maski ang towing btaw ni osmena kay amigo man niya ang tag-iya, kinsa may na at*y, dba kita? pareho ra pud na sa uban binuang pud sa pikas...

Pasabot siguro nimo kanang major freeways sa California nga 6 lanes plus...

try going out of state to nevada, arizona, new mexico, texas, etc or lain states... mao na akong pasabot nga interstate freeway..

These interstate freeways are two way with one lane each....

That's why I mentioned nga mas feasible pa if naay reflectors instead of street lights.

Naay rest areas and call boxes every few miles pero no cameras sa interstate freeway...

IF this were Utopia, we would have street lights in every road... pero realistically speaking, dili gyud siya feasible sa province.... imagine hundreds of kilometers of street lights with a sparse population. dili mabayran ang bills sa kuryente... pareha ra na' sa lamp posts... lol

in entirety... naa gihapon pagkulang si gwen.. bisan tuod dili siya ang first ug last governor of cebu. but the sad thing is.. sukad nakalingkod siya sa pwesto naa ba siya gibuhat about it? she has the power if she wants to.. kung naa gyud siya political will diba? unsa naman lang gamit sa iyang pagka governor kung magsige ra siya agad sa uban agencies like DPWH?

no i mean, 4 lanes going one way. drove from california to florida and back. unless mo agi ka sa inner or back roads cguro. u dont mean the i-10 or the likes do you? kay ang kato old interstate roads like the famous i-66 (route 66) mao to na mga dalan ang tag onelane ra.

sa may louisiana kusug kaau uwan ga drive ko going to florida, ni hydroplane ako auto. it slid across 2 lanes, good thing i was able to regain control of the wheel kay kung wla pa latayan gyud unta ko ug trak gikan sa akong likod.
