    i do both if i feel like not going to the gym ...it's the simplest form of exercise with good benefits

    naa moy guide for warm up, stretching as well as cool down?

    sa ako kay I do simple stretching, walk for 2 rounds in abellana, then more stretching, walk 1 round then run and pag naabot nko sa limit walk for 3 rounds to cool down, then stretching napud until satisfied.

    The problem is I dont think Im doing correct stretching .
