para lang pd malikayan ang iLad...check d background of the SELLER,...then make a research about sa breed., if pure shihtzu,poodle,pekingese cz mao jd ni breed common g-sell karon og dghan naiLad..CHECK both the Dam and Sire and see them personally including the puppies...Ask how long they breed dogs, or anything regarding the Seller and puppies...

Daghan jud ways para ma halin jud ang pupps. Pariha ba ron anang mag post ug nindot nga Dam & Sire then dili diay to mao ang parents sa pupps. So ma ingganyo jud ka ug palit kay nindot kaayo iyang gi pa kita nga parents. With papers pa jud. Possibilties lang ni ha...... So,we should the seller before their items.

to the buyers sad: please scrutinize the pup ur supposed to buy, check kun ok ba jud, mas maayo sad mopalit mo sa puppy in broad daylight kai inig ka gabii mamasked ang uban defects like gkagid ba diay to or unsa...
then isa sad ka problema ani naa man gud ta mentality sa ka IKOG-- if u see na di jud ka contented sa imo nakita then say it, make sure lang di mogawas na insulto, do it in a constructive manner... bisan ako sa ka ikog sa seller ba mopalit nalang ko bisan ga duha2x ko... pero try jud na makapili kag tarong kai wa na nato gpunit ato money sa dalan diba...
if buying puppies ask for every possible detail there is: vaccination cert., papers, see the dam and sire in person and if possible i background check ang breeder... mas maayo pangayo-i ug licenses para at least bisan gamay naa kay hold niya.
to the seller: inyoha na risk if mag pa reserve mo daan... its not an assurance na inig ka kita sa buyer iya dayon paliton kai abi gpareserve niya... the buyer has the right to refuse and you cant force them to buy from you. basin diay wa ganahi or sumthing came up. dont expect anything when they come to visit you kai alangan dretso palit dba. motan-aw pa jud na...
mas maayo if u have an agreement, settle things daan... i-answer ninyo daan ang mga "what ifs" para inig abot ana na circumstances nasabotan na ninyo... di na mo mag gubot. and always maintain communication with each other... mas maayo na para hapsay!

mao akong buhaton as a breeder; background check gyud ko sa potential new homes of the pups. kong ma irita gani ang buyer sa akong pag kuti kuti sa ilaha kay tungod i wanted the puppies coming from my kennel to go to loving homes; ahw THEN they are NOT deserving to be the new homes of my puppies.
bahala dili mahalin basta naa ko peace of mind and contentment nga safe and well loved and taken cared of ang puppies. if pwede lang gani show homes/kennel ang mo palit sa ako pups; para sigurado sad ko nga well taken cared and possibly ipang show sad. kay kon mudaog prestige man sad sa akoa being a breeder na product nako ang dog/puppy.
