Well, clearly they are not smart enough. Whoever has the right mind will know that once an important target is caught, it is almost always the first thing to do is get as much vital information from that person right away. Threat to the list of a HVT is always considered present. Killing him DAYS after he was in custody is just plainly stupid.

If CIDG was paid by druglords to kill esponosa, there no way Du30/Bato will defend them.. why defend drug trade protectors? In fact they should at least condemn what happened..
