I have an investment (not stocks) that gives me this much actually, but averages 4% only not 4.5%. im so excited to hear about where can i get a 4.5% per month gain, especially if I do not need to do anything. I can get 5% per month pero pautang business to, I won't call it investment

For me, my own dictionary, i consider it an "investment" if I put money, then I don't need to exert effort, that I can sleep and my money is growing... I also have 1 real estate which is only 1% per month. (but my capital which is real estate goes high man pud overtime)

so to make the story short.... I want to learn from frichii, how did he do the 4.5%
Didn't notice your post quoting my response..

pre kanang stock pre, thats possible lagi pero, are you sure na maka 4.5% a month ka? sure jud ka ana? of course naay pildi ug naay daog... pero you need to make an effort sa research and everything. I am into stocks too. pero that's not a stable 4.5% it's not possible na daog ka pirmi, because if you do, i think datu na ka and ilado na ka sa pilipinas...

what i meant for 4.5% is that, kanang usa ka butang, wala na koy buhaton. no effort na lang, kawt kawt na lang ug lagay sa boracay... kung matabo tong natabo 2008? posible ba na inyong 4.5% per month?

what i'm curious about is a SURE 4.5% a month. and we could not assume that kitang tanan daog sa stocks. if there are winners, there are more losers. and the Stock Broker always win...

dili siya sure nga 4.5 percent sir ha? kay volatile man gud siya kaau. . .pero dako jud kog na igo for the past few months . pero wala koy gibuhat jud ana sir ha? passive jud na siya. ming invest rako ug lending firm diri sa amua. dili siya scam kay.ako jud gi analyze ang system sa lending firm. okay man . .

by the way sir. ang 90 percent ana is akong giroll sa amu negosyo sir. then if makaextra ko. ako siya iset aside sir for future expense sa amu negosyo.

posible jud na sa stocks pre, pero ang imposible sa stocks, can you average 4.5% a month in 10 years? kinsa may maayong laki sa stocks? pwede ka mu ginansya 50% a week gani, pero ayaw ko ingna dili ka mapildi.... because if you can maintain an average 4.5% per month.. then pwede na nimo pulihan ang mga Fund Managers sa EastSpring Investments (largest Fund Manager in Asia) this company manages the "kwarta" of big companies like Insurance Companies, etc etc. sila nag padako anang kwartaha through Stocks, Bonds, all across Asia.

there you go this is the right answer... not stocks.... stocks are so volatile, depende sa panahon, walay tao nga dili mapildi sa stocks... sakto ni pre... if you may, pwede nimo ma share ang name sa company? im also interested to join.

mao ni ang investment, butang ka kwarta, wala kay hago... stocks is also an investment, pero kinahanglan kag activity, research, hearing, decision making. etc... maayo ning ginagmay 4.5% pero kanunay.... nindot na ni ang 4.5% per month, 54% per year.... ROI in 2 years.

Dako-a dako raman ang 4.5% per month, samot na kadako ug compounded pa gyud. Sure ni nga manageable ang risk ani?

if I may add, being heartless at times pud.

depende if gi-unsa pag manage, unsa terms and conditions, kinsa2 ang legible nga clients, etc.
    still so risky there

    sorry, daghan na OT.

depende nana ninyu sir. mao nang dali mitubo akong kwarta kay dili man nako kuhaun ang gains gud. . .if mukuha man gani ko sa akong 34k mukuha rako ug 400 pesos. lipay naman sad ko ug ngani. ginagmay pero kanunay. pero sa kanunay nga pag tubo sigurado nga magdugay . . aim man gud nako ma blue chip sir. puhun.
