naa ko detxtroscolio...ako lang gi gym ako gi work ang back na ok pero pag undang nako ug gym nisakit nsad occasionaly kung stressed or overwork ko....braces can help minimize the pain and slow down the process but wont work on adults....operation is the only cure....
ako nahibaw-an good exercise for scoliosis kay swimming. mao man na advice sa doctor sa akong manghod. naa man sad to siya scoliosis that's why we're into swimming. sabayan nako siya.

Ni stop ko gym bro kay ni sakit naman gyud akong lower back.. nagpa acupuncture ko karon sa akong lower back and it helps a lot. balik ko gym if mawala na pain and yes my doctor also advice swimming as a good exercise. Bro, ask lang ko you do sit ups lang ghapon sa gym?. Thanks
