I'm lucky to have both folks who are iron chefs
in the household My Dad comes from a family
of good cooks, thanks to his Chinese heritage. He
can whip up simple recipes to gastrogasmic dishes!
Too bad he can't cook coz of his health..
On the other hand my Mom is amazing with Pinoy
and other cuisine. I used to watch her on the sidelines
as she worked her way around the kitchen when we
have parties in the compound.

Now I have both of their influence when it comes to
cooking and I know I still have a lot to learn pa
