gamay jud starting sa fresh grad engineers nga gawork sa ila field. i myself started around 6k during my first job, yr2002. but if you continue to hone your skills, that starting salary could be X10 in 3-5yrs time. if engineer man gud ka, lisod trabaho ig sugod nya gamay pajud sweldo. pero kadugayan, magkasayon trabaho nya magkadako ang sweldo.

i just reckon(if im not mistaken) that ur a newgrad.experience first sa
igsuun, ayaw sa hunahunaa unsa imung makuha.imho ang market value
sa callcenter agents depends more on the experience, and im talking
abt those companies that really pay big time(those companies that u
want).learn sa, then grow as a professional.then dira nimu makita ang
companya pa ang muapas sa imuha,.
up ko ani...very good point to ponder...

sakto jud sila. start small but dream big. pasalamat jd ta naa callcenter diri cebu kay maka save pa gamai ang mga early grads. its not like ALL guys working in the callcenter is using all his money before the next payday. ang mga ga hilom2x diha kay relax ra kay gamay raman gi gasto nya kaon lang carenderia.heheh hinay2x lang ug save gud unya kung maka timing inegosyo, aw planohan dayun para mudako ug samot but still maintaining their day job. diskarte rana tanan dili man sad maayo nga mag sikyo lang ta or mag bagger paita pd ana oi.

good point... dapat magsave jud ta then start og business later on...way nadato og panarbaho lang...business is the answer... and regarding sa lifestyle yes tinood jud na kay ning abot ang time nga i was earning like mga 40k a month sa akong small business pero akong expenses taga liog sad hehe... wa nako ma manage og maau akong money hangtod ning abot ang point nga kailangan i-close akong savings account (so sad lol)... lesson to nako nga na learn... no matter how big is your income but if you don't have the art of saving and living a frugal life, as in wa ray kwenta maski pila pa imong earnings... mao na karon medyo hinay ang business di na pareha sauna so nag apply nalang kog call center and swerte pod kay nadawat man hehe... i just need to change my lifestyle hehe... nagplan gani ko nga mag bring nalang og food gikan sa balay para di na ko maka spend og dako sa akong meals labina sa it park nga mahal ang mga palitonon... i also have to refrain from entering sa starbucks hehe...

If you want a good salary jud as TSR, I suggest you get certified so that you have something to leverage maski gamay or wala paka work experience. kana basic certification lang, start with A+,MCP or MCTS, then go for MCSA and CCNA. I guarantee you humot kaayo ni sa resume.

Yep yep yep! Certification is good...kinda' expensive though..
