OT: Well according to my Vet, the Frontline Spray that Caminade is selling is mixed with water...She got into this conclusion because she recommends Frontline and somehow her pet patients that was sprayed with Frontline bought from Caminade still has infestation.. She also think this is NOT an isolated incident because of the cases like these that she attended to.

Dili ni pagpana-ot sa Caminade, as I have no business interest attached to this, I am just relaying what my Vet said.

Let's not blame Caminade regarding efficacy of Frontline spray.
If you read veterinary blogs in Australia and other parts of the world, there is an increasing resistance in ticks and fleas against Frontline.
Tingali sa kadugay ni-aning produktoha, naanad na ang mga parasites.
Dili ko customer sa Caminade, pero share lang ko aning info para makahibalo tanan.

And just to name a few other shops that ALSO OFFERS GOOD QUALITY BRANDS ..MAAYO UG SERVICE, TAWAGON PA TA AND WOULD TAKE THE EXTRA MILE TO KNOW KUNG UNSA ATO MGA YANGO.NGO > PRIZZY'S CENTRUM, ANIMAL KINGDOM, ANIMALL WELLNESS, MCA AND OF COURSE! PIPER'S PETSHOP..I have spoken to some of them about their policy if a food is found to be "contaminated" they will accept returns, and refund the item, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! WALAI MGA PALUSOT.

@ GILLS, Thank u for the PM..The Royal Canin/Maintenance breeders variety does not come in a foil type packaging as compared to the smaller bags, which Caminade sells . While it's true that the bag had a 1st protective plastic then the bag itself, a baby cockroach and white colored live worms were apparently found inside, when the protective seal was opened. The eukanuba bag and this royal canin food, were purchased just a couple of days apart.

@ CHAD_TUKES, I went through my records of purchases frm CAMINADE MAMBALING in particular, found out that what they issued me is only the ORDER SLIP INSTEAD OF AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT (REASON BEING, I AM MOSTLY NOT AROUND WHEN THE FOOD IS BEING DELIVERED, OTHERWISE, WOULD HAVE ASKED A RECEIPT). My question now is KINAHANGLAN BA NGA KUNG MO REKLAMO TA, SUPPORTED WITH AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT ANG ITEM? Thank you.

usually if you go back to the store to make a "return" purchase, the merchant would require you to bring the OFFICIAL RECEIPT detailing how much the item was, and when was the date the item was bought.

but since you said dili official receipt ilang gihatag? if that's the case, then show them whatever paper they gave you as proof of purchase. kung d pa gyud gani ka refunan, time to complain to DTI coz it's your right as a customer to take your money back if you're not satisfied with their product.
