    Dude, if I am barking much, you are barking much more. You don't know what I am saying. If ako scorebard imu pangutan-on, humbly speaking way below 4 ana and dghan nako nakuha appliances cuz of sales incentives. This was 3-5 months of stay in Convergys. But 6 months after ko na regular wa jud increase amoang basic so nag tinapul na ko ug sud..didto na ng start 3+ ako scorecard but never ko nahagbong. I still received QPB.

    Regarding sa TIN, why man sa ubang company, 2 months, 3 months, makabaw na cla sa ilahang TIN. But ni resign na lang ko CVG wa pa japon ako TIN. SUS!

    4 years na ka dha? Nakaagwanta sad ka nuh? kagamay ug sweldo anang convergys ah. aw, happy na man pud guro ka ug 20-25 then grabe nga work. dude, dont build your career in a call center cuz it sucks. ok ra na cya for work experience then do a great job from that as an investment to your next career.

    For the information of everybody, CVG is the worst call center. GAMAY kau ug sweldo, and sakto guro tong mga girls ng talk sa elevator, but they are new agents cguro. Or taga pantry to.

    PS Dont bark much more.

    ang BPO kay mo hire ka ung agents sa ubang lugar to deliver the same service at a cheaper price compare to what they're paying if they hire it from their won and its a call center kai magdawat man ug calls.

    yes xlibris.. i was quiet happy when i got hired because they said its no call center.. and that there's no need to hard sell the publishing stuff.. pero the sales/ marketing job here borders on scamming gyud.. grabe! ikaw nalang maulaw sa imong customers og sa imong self.. definitely the worst i would say..
