katawa jud ko sa ako self ani buh. i thought my english speaking is ok lang... LOL. di man gani kapasar sa call center. but hey, why man na mas gusto nila na maau mo english nga ma train ra man na, ang importante man dba kay ang skills...especially kung tech support
