If my memory serves me right, this happened back in 2008. Nag dinner mi sa akong wife didtu sa Jo's Chicken Inatu sa may Ramos.

Nag order mi sinigang na baboy kay nangita koh ug sabaw. nagjoke pah akong bana pag serve sa among gi order " hala, naay langaw o!" pagtan.aw nako kay black pepper man.. then pag stir niya sa sabaw.. naa jud tinood langaw ang sinigang. as in langaw jud! complete with wings and all.

So, nagreklamo mih, gi ingnan mih sa waiter nga magluto daw bag.o para nmo. nawadan nman mih gana mukaon, so gipa take out nah lang. Katong naa nah mih sa house ang gitake out nga food kay same lang ila rah gi init. kay naay mga kan.on ang sabaw from the spoon nga gigamit pag stir sa akong bana.

This is why, most of the time, one should just go to a different resto/fast food after discovering na naa nay insects/hair/etc ang inyo food. Depende sa imong pag reklamo, pwede jud ibalik ra nila ang gi order ninyo, without the insect or hair (para kunuhay bag-o).

On topic, this happened about a year (or more) ago. It was around 7 or 8 in the evening and gutom and kapoy na kaayo mi (me, my dad, my sister). We went to Chowking (Ayala), as usual, since we enjoy Chinese food (and fast food man sad kunuhay). Although naa na bad experiences si papa sa ila before (medyo dugay ang service and stuff), Chowking lang gihapon mi. But that night was the last straw. More than 30 minutes mi nag huwat sa amo order. Walay side dishes or drinks na gi una. As in we just sat there and fell asleep. Nakatulog mi kadyot hinuwat sa amo order. I shit you not. We were also tired so we were prone to snoozing a bit. When we asked one of the waiters about our food, ang gi reply sa amo kay "na wala ang resibo". It was the same as "nawala amo order" or "nalimtan amo order" (after ordering, i think the cashier produces two copies of your receipt, one for you and one for the waiter). We had to wait another 10-15 min again for our food. My dad experienced being a waiter and a cook when he was younger, and he said na that was very disappointing of them. We used to go there as a group/family whenever we want a quick meal and stuff, but we never went there again.

I haven't visited Chowking SM that much, so i can't say much about their services. Except for that time na lain ang ilang gi serve sa akong gi order. Well, it was just a small mistake (they served a different chaofan) so wala na lang ko ga reklamo. But i was planning on trying a different flavor sa ilang chaofan promo unta. I went there for lunch the day before that happened and i was hoping to try another chaofan flavor unta. Still a small case, but that left me as a sad panda. :c Dunno how Chowking is doing now.

Not food related but i hate Prince Warehouse's service lol. I know it's not much of a store, but maglagot jud akong lola if mag sunod-sunod na ang ilang staff. "Mura man sad ta ug kawatan ani!" haha.

Not food related again (long post na jud, but this thread is so informative and helpful man gud), my sister went to check for wii controllers sa e-mall. Ang tubag sa tindera pag inquire niya kung tagpila ang wii controller nila: "Ay, mahal man na." Mag buot ba kung mahal!! I hate service crews like that!

Mcdo sa rubber world dapit.. Ako burger naay resibo. Pa kaon nako na hibung ko ngano naa taste sa paper na apil gyud sa sulod sa burger. Hehehe... america patu ki kiha natu nako. Kay dri man ki tagaan ko lain burger lang.

Jollibee sa JY. No offense pero I will say ang mga crew ug manager diha mga ogobs. Ni kaon mi didto sa akong ka uban sa work. When we arrived, ni ana ang manager nga " Take this counter please! ", so linya dayon mi. Sa dihang nag linya nami, ni talikod ang manager, no crew took over. So we waited for mga 3 minutes, thinking nga naa ra syay gi tawag nga crew. After another 2 minutes, ni duol ang crew namo and in a mocking tone ni ingon: Ma'am ngano naa mo nag linya diha? Close man ni nga counter, hehehe! So I replied, ni ingon man inyong manager we can take this counter so ni linya mi dri. Laugh nsad sya saying: Aw, dili man to sya crew ma'am, manager man, ako man ang crew, hehehe! Ug, ni ulbo ang akong kaspa. I told her, ok, crew, can you call your manager because I will giver her my orders because we are not moving to another counter unless we are served food asap because your stupid service just wasted our time! Na rattle and crew ug gitawag ang manager, the manager took our order on that same counter in a flash because I was about to explode in anger as I was already shouting when I was giving our order. To think nga nag company ID mi. Some crew just think they are most knowledgeable with everything about customer service. The crew of Jollibee JY have no idea.

mga kaigsuonan nko dri sa istorya.advice lng nko if mo dine in mo specialy sa mga resto ayaw jud mo og salig dayun sa fud n u g eat.better check it first..dn be nice nlng jud mo sa mga waiter/waitress kay if mag pa strict mo og face mas luoy ta coz they might put something sa ato g order that we dont know unsa..its ok to reklamo if naay mga angay i.reklamo but if paduolng plng ta mo order nya they feel wala xa ganahi sa atoa.mag milagro dayun na cla sa ato fud.hahai...nka xperience ko ani b4 when i was working as a trainee waiter one of my co waiter pissedoff sa customer nya ang order g luwaan nya g kumot2 pajud ang pasta..nahurot man pud noon sa customer ni thank you pa pag human og kaun nya pwerti na namu og katawa..lesson learned be nice pud ta panagsa.

agree ko ana. be careful of what you say labi nang di mo makakita unsay buhaton sa mga cook or servers sa kitchen sa inyong mga orders. save your harsh comments for threads like this or kung parehas gani sa harbour city nga pwede lang nimo itext imong mga reklamo.
