there's no visible effect so far after a month.. building muscle is much harder than losing weight or fats... if with proper nutrition and exercise you could bulk up in 3 months for beginners.. pa dako ka or gamay ang biggest factor is what you eat.. naai saying you are what you eat and it's kinda true..
