If you are not into science or simply don't care about another person's predicament, wouldn't it be best for the person suffering that you don't make a comment at all? If you can't be helpful at something that is another's health issue, why take the time to even comment? I can not dictate where you comment, I know, but i'm calling responsibility on your part to choose wisely and appropriately, specially if it involves another person's health. The TS is seeking some helpful information for something he feels he is suffering from, why do you guys feel the need to troll a thread with unhelpful comments? I am hoping comments are not made for post popularity, is Istorya giving out prizes for those with the most? C'mon now.

nicomment ko because I care. dli tanang sakit anaay connection sa science. wa pa koy nailhan nga doctor nga nakaexplain ug tarong anang mga barang, hilo, etc.

Barang? Are you for real? No one has explained about hilo? Do you mean being poisoned? Seriously? No one has explained, or you didn't find time to know? I bet it's the latter.

if it's not helping you, not my problem. i'm trying to help the TS.

With careless choice of words you sure did.

Shore meaning baybayon. Sure means sigurado. Not the same thing.

Are you now like God? Omnipresent? You now guarantee the validity of this claim since you stated that 'everyone' knows?

I doubt you seek enlightenment. There is a glaring evidence of how you respond to it. And like you said, you don't like science, even Google can't help you with that.

You seem lost in your warrant-less pride. You'd rather defend than understand. You don't seek to help. This isn't the battlefield, you don't need to 'win', you just need to understand that a disease such as this, with the stigma that is attached to it in our society, best be handled with compassion, consideration, sensitivity and responsibility. Many have taken their life because of this debilitating disease, would you rather 'win' in a forum than take the time to at least consider what is so dreadful about this disease that a great number of those that have suffered from it worldwide, felt there is just no way out of it and opt for suicide? And because you're clearly no expert of such topic, maybe skip this one? Are your post counts more important than someone's life?

I work in a supported living services. We take depression very seriously, what we do with our clients is match them to a right psychiatrist and have counseling. Although there are meds, emotional support is also a big aspect. Like what i suggested before in this thread, seek professional help and twke it from there. Good luck! And I wish you well TS.

siguro different folks different strokes. you must be able to identify kung unsay makapawala sa imo depression.but first you must be able to identify it correctly.

ako whenever i get depressed i just think of my loved ones and think how lucky i am to have them. siguro just simple things nga we take for granted. i just think of the people who cares for me and be thankful sa tanan grasya nako like a good job, good boss and good officemates.
