^split second pause. Btw naka HD 6990 man ka diba? unsa imo gamit nga driver. The stutter fix is applicable to any crossfire config from HD5000 series up to current.

is this question for me? if so, sakong hd 6990 13.8 ako gamit..nahan ta ko mo try sa beta 13.10...so far no problem man..

naa lang to usa ka instance after installing the driver kay...no driver has been detected, kanang ni revert to basic theme akong window 7...

Wako kasuway but let me guess... Kana cguro mo hinay ug kalit ang frames in a spit second bisag walay dapat e hinay. Sa ako hasul ni, naa daw mga fix pero sa ako hasul na. Diritsu nalang jud ko single card nga higher. Ang naka down sad aning dual configuration kay dako daw ug power consumption...

Kung naa nay fix sa stutter aw kana ok na cguro ko kay diko ganahan mo ungot ug kalit imung system nga hastang dako-a ug frames...

if you'll try dual GPU, basin dili naka ganahan balik ug single... mas nice na ma experience nimo compare sa mga write-up. mura'g hassle paminawon ang microstutter but in reality, don't know if maka bantay ka ani nya once mo occur... mura nag sa news ba na kuyaw kaayo paminawon but in reality, dili diay in ana ka kuyaw if naa ta sa lugar... gawas lang na mag gubat gyud tinud-anay... hehehe...

by the way, if you'll play games on dual GPU, it is much more smoother compared to a single one... granting, your CPU can unleash the true power of the pair... this is what i had experience on my set-up here... a faster quad core is required to get the better performance... i can only comment for intel since my CPUs here are all intel's... no experience ko sa AMD CPUs after ning balik ko sa passion. a SB/IB i5 would be the sweet spot for multi-GPU as a minimum... the SB/IB i3 will do but it can not unleash the "full" power of the beasts either in SLI or Crossfirex... but, it can still give very good frame rate too... i still used my i3-2120 on the HD 7770 crossfirex though... and it's performance still impressed me to date... as i've shared here in our forum before, this i3 can still unleash the power of a GTX 670 SLI @ a very acceptable fps and that is on Crysis 3... one of the most demanding GFX game and one of the game that will utilize any available cores to date...

kanang mo ungot ug kalit or mo ubos ang fps kay ning drop ang fps, that is not a "microstutter"... that is a "lag"... caused by the CPU... mo bottle neck sya kay na tuk-an sya sa pag process sa data na gi feed sa iyaha... also, a lag is caused by the GPU... taas ra ang graphics setting... like the AA na gi set to a higher value... nag hangos sya'g process pud... dili sya maka apas...

ang microstutter kay kanang mag kurog2x tan-awon ang display sa screen... tungod na sa mo kalit lang ug drop ang frames in milliseconds then balik napud then drop nasad... lahi ni sya sa ungot2x w/c is caused by a lag...

Nindut sad baya ang HD 6790 e crossfire... Tag 5k ang usa then 256bit pero i think ilang 6 series kay walay zerocore technology...

mao na ang reason why, a "quad core" CPU with faster IPC is required for better performance para dili sya matuk-an when paired with a multi-GPU...

about sa GTX 760, if mo palit ka karon ani nya, check sa price sa HD 7970... ning barato ug maayo... gamay ra ligas nila sa GTX 760... sa diri ni na price ha... pero, mas grabeh baya mo dive down ang prices dha sa pinas... better deal ang HD 7970 gyud... mas taas lang ni sya'g lamoy sa kuryente compare aning GTX 760...
