TS ipana-ug imong fuel tank nya palimyuhi nya ipacheck or limpyuhi pud ang fuel pump, hygroscopic man gud ning gasolina labi na diri sa ato-a di kaayo ta init di pud kaayo ta bugnaw, isa sad ang ubang gasoline station diri sa ato-a walay check-up2x maski ubay2x na ug tubig ilang mga main tanks , moisturized na imong tanke mao nay makapaguba sa FRP sensor...kasugat ko ana lately nga problema pero Ford Escape to nga unit...

I think there`s an underlying problem sa imong unit bro, the questions why is it always moisturized ang imong fuel lines that could always damage the FRP sensor? my own analysis would be maybe ha maybe lang, I think there`s a problem on your emission control system, kani nga system kung naay leak or nasayop pag ta-ud or whatever reasons nga na malfunction siya it could lead to contamination sa imong gas tank, in other words magtubig imong gas tank nya makapatrigger pud ni ug CEL sometimes nya mawala na sad usahay, kini nga system inig andar sa imong makina always ni siya mupa vaccum sa gas tank para di ma moisture ang mismo tanke, or kung naa may tubig gamay coming from a gas station it can just evaporate by and by tungod kay vaccum state man siya, water will boil @ 100 celsius pero kung vaccum state na depending on how many microns water can boil and evaporate @ 30-40 celsius....

Usually ang makapada-ut kasagaran sa emission control system sa akong experience kanang always magpafull tank nga ipa awas gyud sa baba sa takub, the gas pressure can travel through the emission control pipelines then soak the filter and damage it, usahay sad mga stuck ang mga vaccum solenoids controlling the vaccum, to cut the story short kung di na mu vaccum imong emission control mag moisturized gyud na ang tanke kadugayan kay ang nature gyud sa gas is hygroscopic, it tends to absorb moisture, now kung sakto akong analysis kung di na mufunction imong emission control matubigon na imong tanke nya mapump sa fuel pump eventually the pump will be stuck due to rust kay naa may moisture so oxidation will occur, now kung naay nay rust particles it will be pumped to the fuel rail then damage the FRP sensor....

Im not saying bro ha nga sakto ko, I may be wrong though...

Sounds interesting... You have a point. Pag palit pa lang namo sa car bahu na kau ang aso, smells like unburnt fuel. This is related to emission dba? So dakog possibility nga sakto ka.

Pde nimo na lang ko pa ayo bro? haha

Boss karon pa ko kabantay, Diesel man di-ay ni imong unit nuh? (Direct Injection), kung sensitive ug moisture ang gasoline engine mas sensitive pa ang fuel injected diesel engines, ang worse case scenario ana imoha boss kay partially clogged injectors, mao nay kasagaran sakit sa mga Mazda BT-50, magcge ug kaguba ang FRP sensor kay overpressure na ang fuel rail due to partially clogged injectors, this problem is all caused by moisture (water) gihapon ha which raises the question why is it moisturized in the first place?

The symptoms of a partially clogged injectors is normal ra ang start-up sa engine but if you put it on third gear (manual Transmission) the engine will snorke suddenly loosing RPM, meaning starving na ug diesel ang makina which murag naay limiter ang Engine RPM while @ loads, by and by the lean mix squirting of diesel is devastating kay mu overheat ang combustion chamber which will crack the injector nozzle pin holes, kung naa pa lang koy camera diri ron ipakita ta nako nimo ang cracked injectors coming from Mazda Direct Injection (BT-50) moisturized Tank, nidagan pa ug 6 months to nga unit nga gisige ug padagan before nang crack ang injector nozzles, nang bloat gud ang nozzle heads nya gahi na kaayo matang tang sa makina kay nang dagko na man ang point of entry...

dali ra man ta kaayo na ma spot imong fuel rail nga nag overpressure na boss, hook-upan ra na ug gauge imong fuel rail nya readingon kung di pa ba overpressure, overpressure can can damge the FRP sensor also, kung naa pa lang koy mga saktong tools boss ganahan unta ko mutan-aw sa imong unit, problem is wa koy guage para fuel rail para diesel, supposed to be madetect man unta na sa service center sir kay kompleto man sila didto unta...
