    hiring proces will greatly depend on the need of the company. i actually went through the hiring process in just weeks and i got the job.. it was because there was really a need to HR had to be quick = )

    hey everyone,

    got a call from lexmark HR and offer sila sa service delivery spe******t na position.. exam ko tomorrow :3 kinsay naay idea unsay job description ani? :P ga nosebleed mn ko gamay sa ako nakit-an sa lexmark site nga JD. XD

    if im not mistaken, this is the Order Management post sa shared service nila... panggabie ra yata ila gpangita for now... most of the job, you will ensure orders are being processed properly in the system... backoffice support in nature man ni... very promising if you'll get this job kay sa logistics/supply chain ni nga dept sa lexmark... having an experience in the supply chain will really make you very valuable to other companies globally...

    Thanks, although nadawat nako ang JO, I didn't push through. I know nga promising jud ni xa nga offer but because of the schedule nga graveyard, wala nako gipadayon. I was hoping nga since back office xa pwede ra dili US hours. I salute those people nga naka uyon jud sa graveyard shift, as for me wala jud after 6 years sa graveyard. Apart from health concerns, I told myself I have to find a job this time nga I can be with my family, sabay dinner, sabay mata sa buntag to go to school, office, and mobawi sa moments nga dapat naa ko...

    Anyway, Lexmark is one good company. Great benefits.
