Nindot pud nga maka organize mo ug inyong chapter sa KAP (Kite Association of the Philippines) diri sa amo sa Davao taud-taud na pud mi actibo, duna mi regular kite making sessions sa mga kids from elementary to high school. Pamaagi nga mapadayon ang atong tradition kay part man ni sa atong kultura.

By the way here are some pic of the kite.

The packaging, it actually comes with its kite bag for convenience. If you notice the meter stick beside it for reference.


The contents: (Ruler not included hehehe) Kite sail with the leading edge spars and spine already in place as well as the bridle lines. One piece Lower spreader, stand-offs are attached on the sail so you won't worry loosing them. Two flying lines, funny the website show a two-color handle and the packagins shows two yoyo winders and mines all green hahaha. Pic on model show them flying the kite with the yoyo winder haha! They are better off using flying straps for better control.



Kite fully assembled: Build is acceptable with decent materials, the connector are somewhat soft and may need extra care. Bridling needs to be adjusted but need to get it flown first. Got to make some flying handles ( I think I will throw that in with the kites I'll be selling)

Kalimot ko mention ang ilang flying line kay nylon twine (PAMO) ang common ani sa atoa sa mga fishing stores) pero baga man for the kite murag nasa #19or20 mas ok tingali ni gamitan ug #15 para dili bug-at. Ang high end stunt kite special ang pisi ana (Dyneema man tingali gamit sa prism)

Wala may naka indicate bro, pero rule of thumb sa stunt kite mas gamay mas kusog nga hangin kelangan kay smaller man ang sail surface nya, unlike with kites nga lapad ang sail surface mas dali paluparon pero kana lang pud pag lapad gani inig kusog kusgan pud. Mao mist kiters lain2 ang size sa kites nila for different wind factors or didto na lang sa pag bridle mag daug pud.
