at least we could talked about it in sensible way. i prefer to call it discussion. i do this to stimulate my lead-poisoned brain. how did you know there is no forced entry? i don't believe in the connection and backings of powerful and influential people influenced the case. if the president have his way, it should be settled quietly because it is damaging the relationship with US but it is out of his hand. see where's smith is staying now? what 'did' smith on this case? in my opinion, when she drop the girl on the pier.

    medyo OT
:nasaan na si Smith ngayon? last time kong nakita sa balita, itinakas na sa US embassy. Hindi ba sya nakakulong sa munti? if so, pinabayaan na ba ng gobyerno na itakas si Smith, not respecting our judicial system eh.

SOurce from another forum ? Is that 48 hours after it happened ?

    where did yo get yours?
Where did I get mine ? Ive read it somewhere else in a PHILIPPINE NEWSPAPER . Not from an online discussion filled with 2nd , 3rd and 4th hand informations . I am not saying the source was accurate , but at least compared to a forum ?

about shelters and advocate, they don't have the authority. it's the police.
WHo told you that ? When you see kids being abandoned and neglected ... they dont go to POLICE , they go to DSWD as an example . When you see women who are sexually abused and battered , they o to these organizations that are meant for them .

what do you mean about the money and acting stuff? she could sell her story? hmm. . . i think she could get more if she settled with the accused.
Thats exactly what happened ! But a price good enough for both PARTIES ... NICHOL and the POLITICIANS . A lower sentence for a price SMITH cant say NO and a deal of VFA agreements that will make the opposition a happy camper towards its climb of and struggle of power for Malacanang .

no, sir and if they did i won't join them because i'm afraid i'll pee on my pants. hehe. anyway, with what i seen from subic, it's not all that. like cebu city. it's not pimp chasing after your car. no, sir it's more than that.
You must be crazy to think that ALL of SUBIC is like that . No its not , a certain area where all of these characters existed like whatr we also have in Cebu . The only difference is the population and the clients .

oh, i read it somewhere. coincidence? she was looking for fun when she went there but not the rape.
WOuld SUBIC be your choice of FUN if youre from ZAMBO ?

at least we could talked about it in sensible way. i prefer to call it discussion. i do this to stimulate my lead-poisoned brain. how did you know there is no forced entry? i don't believe in the connection and backings of powerful and influential people influenced the case.
Thats your opinion , but dont close your eyes and shut your ears . How do I know there is NO FORCED ENTRY ? I am asking you that question " HOW DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A FORCED ENTRY ? " Its you who needs to answer that because you said you can proved it that there is RAPE . Look around you and tell me whats going on when UNCLE SAM is involved in any issues . WHo helped her ? The councilors of ZAMBOANGA ?

if the president have his way, it should be settled quietly because it is damaging the relationship with US but it is out of his hand.
So to avoid the damage , it should be done SCANDALOUSLY ? That is the whole point of the SUBIC RAPE CASE .

see where's smith is staying now? what 'did' smith on this case? in my opinion, when she drop the girl on the pier.
SMITH is under the custody of the US government subjected to Philippine Law . VFA agreement being enfoced at its fullest .

i cannot comprehend what you are writing. sorry. it's the girl's party decision. it's not the politician. maybe they could influence her decision but it seems they didn't. but if the reason that she file a rape case for a money, she should have settled before it went to court because she cannot get any if the judge already ruled the case.

oh, i will neither close my eyes nor shut my eyes. sorry, the question is for me. actually it's inconclusive. always. in rape cases, it's always the testimony of the accuser have more weight. man, her case is like manna for this politicans. of course, they will helped for the media mileage that they will get.

no, no. that's not what i meant. if she had her way. but she could not. she has no power over the courts. but she have power to put smith where she think could, at least, reduced the kink in the relationship.
