motorcycle driver should be more carefull since it will be the driver & passenger that will be hit with the colliding vehicle when accident happens. there will be no cage to protect them unlike when youre in a car.

I have been to many places and the cebuano motorcyclists do not have monopoly of being reckless on the road. Maski asa, ingon ana gyud na sila. I think that is the mystique of riding a motorcycle...the sense of adventure... of seemingly riding a much faster and powerful mechanical horse...the motorcyclist seems to be transformed into someone more daring, more adventurous, more risk taker..bolder..and in the end... less careful.
