hehehe i think binay is a good mayor sa makati kay nindot sd iyang project but running a country and a city is different kay murag the whole philippines is way bigger than makati.. mas better if he guns for senate or congress.. its too early for him too run for president

If Mayor Binay runs for president or VP, he could suffer the same fate as our Lito Osmena before. Yes, he may be popular and well-respected in Makati but not the whole Phils. same as Lito O before, he thought the Cebuanos highly regard him and even to the point that he thought we strongly believe he will be the next VP. he was also hoping on the "bandwagon effect" that if the booming Cebu supports him, all the rest of the Visayas or Mindanao or even Luzon will follow to acertain degree. but alas, it didn't happen.

one common denominator with Binay and Lito O: they are using the popularity of the city or province as a platform in running for higher office.

I say Binay should run for Congress or Senate first. and i think he will. he's not stupid u know.

well he just made himself stupid coz he already declared to run for president. he can always stay out of stupidity (by running for the senate, congress or stay as makati mayor) but looks like he enjoys it.

The grapevine has it that he has the backing of the MBC (makati business club), not to mention the blessing of Erap. By all indications he will get on with his stupidity.

You're right about Loren or Lacson, popularity-wise. Binay is just too "do i know the guy?" for most people.
