if you are referring to Lexmark RND bai... I know a friend of mine in Lexmark RND was sent to the US but dili Tech Support Reps iya position but under siya sa Engineering... pero who knows... mag usab ang huna huna ni Stan Combs.mag decide na ipadaha ang mga Tech Support Reps for training in Kentucky US. goodluck bai sa new job!
Lexmark Technical Support Center (TSC)
We only send PSSD tech peeps to the US for training..specifically in Lexington Kentucky
CPD Tech peeps are only trained here in cebu
BOnd: lexmark's maximum bond is 2 years..you are required to work for a maximum of 2 years with lexmark from the time you arrive here in cebu not from the time you started to work here are at lexmark.
Its great to have the chance to go abroad and be given a visa. the only consequence you have
is that you will be tied up with a BOND, which is fair for the company.
Now, within the two years time, you decided to resign, then you have to pay the MOA (memorandum of Agreement) Dont ask me how much, cause I dont know. Only the Finance Group knows this
They will give you a computation of the amount you will pay
Lexmark does not only send people to the US (lexington) , they also send people to Singapore and Europe. BUT not all employees are sent to these countries.
Lexmark is a great company, so far i dont have anything against them
If you want to join Lexmark. go ahead..theres a forum that I created under JOBS where you can
see all the vacancies available
But dont let "travel abroad" be the only reason why you want to work with lexmark
reminder: NOT ALL EMPLOYEES are sent abroad and NOT ALL WHO APPLIED FOR VISA were also granted ONE
It all boils down to "if its meant for you, then Its for you" but if dili gani, then dont feel bad, there might be other opportunities for you outside of Lexmark
I have a copy of the lexmark pdf scandal. if anyone of you who has ever worked for lexmark admin kindly explain to us the nature as to why this document exists?
