Try to talk to the caretaker at a resort next to Taguanao Bridge. I cannot remember the name of the resort.
See the other side of the river bank of this picture. that's where the resort is;

If you go to Taguanao Bridge you won't missed this resort with quite a few mahogany trees. The resort's entrance is next to the "Carenderia" on the east side of Taguanao Bridge (river-right). Talk to the caretaker. Because they allow overnight stay. You need to bring your camping gears, i.e. tent, sleeping bags, etc....
