Then damtag mga 2 ka adlaw wala joy nanawag. Mao ni folow up ko. Ingon sa smart nanawag kono sila pag 6am unya wala mo tobag. Nag hagok paman ko ana. Ingon dayon sila paabot napud ko 24 hrs para ma tawagan ug balik sa scheduler. Nahuman nalang pista dri sa amo wa joy nanawag nga scheduler.
    ni tawag napud ko sa smart. Ingnon napud sila "paki hitay nalang po nang tawag sa scheduler sir".

    No connection - signal interference in your area. Your microwave oven is causing the problem. It might be that one of your unfriendly neighbor is jamming your signal using a microwave oven.

    Ask for reinbursement. You pay for the service, they pay for No Service.

    Ingon ana gyud na sila. Unsa man pagtoo nila, wala nalang gyud tay lain gibuhat except mag atang nila. there was one time nga nag leave gyud ko para lang mag atang kay wala lain tao sa balay then nadaot (again) ako internet connection. guess what? they never came.. usik usik lang ko sa ako leave.

    then lately cge ka down internet. ila ra cge pasangil nga naay "technical activity". they don't even know kung unsa na technical activity. nya wala silay date kung kanus-a mahuman. so far, hapit na 1 month ila technical activity wala pa mahuman.

    Naa mu contact number sa NTC?? kay almost 4 weeks nako hinay kaayo ang connection. Dli kaabot intawn og 50 kbps.. i'm paying for 288 kbps.. ila reason is always "naay technical activity". we need to report this because this is bad business practice. we're paying for service that doesn't even exist. to think ako globe netxpress nga dial up kay muabot og 48 kbps..

    ako last oct ko nagpa connect ug smart wifi. ok ra ang speed. galing lang naay one week nga wa gyud koy internet access. i called their customer service, nahurot ako tinagalog way nabuhat ila mga maayong laki sa technical support. unya kalit lang mitawag nga ok na daw kay accidental daw ug switch to "in-active" ang ako account. wa nalang gani ko nangayo ug sort of reimbursement sa mga adlaw nga wa koy net connection. last week, naay mi-ari nga taga smart wifi kay ilisan daw nila ug antenna. KARON, hinay na intawon ako access after nila gi-ilisan. Ako sad friend, duol ra mi ug balay mi-apply 2 weeks ago. hapi sya kay naapil kuno iya application sa 384kbps @988 pesos. mao pa gani pag-install pwerteng hinaya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iya unit p4 2.0GHz cpu pero kusug pay celeron 466 with ext modem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!unsa nani oi!!!!!!!!

    same here..nisamot kahinay karong week naa nlng jud permi less than 50kbps avg..morag dialup burstable to 384kbps..haaayyy.. yupz, im plan 988 pod..too much na kaayo nang ilang palpak na serbisyo...
