In behalf of Megavia Motor and all the staff, to all our loyal and valued customers, I am Mark Mondigo, branch Manager of Megavia Gorordo Branch. We are all sorry for this misunderstanding. Let me start off by saying that we haven't been on-line the past months due to the expansion and current developments of new branches all over the Visayas and Mindanao regions. A concerned friend told me regarding this thread that is why I am appealing to all so that this misunderstanding be settled. First of all, I'm proud to say that Megavia Motor Co. Inc. is one of the many trusted and legitimate companies here in the Philippines under the TAO Group of Companies. Rest assured that all your concerns are being heard and very much being processed, especially those under the insurance claims. We started our operations last January 21, 2011, and have been promoting FREE COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE under NEW CANAAN INSURANCE AGENCY INC. since we are always keen on preserving one of the company's core values, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is always on top of our daily mindsets. We always prioritize CUSTOMER WELLNESS, and since we are selling motorcycles, On top of our TPL (Third Party Liability) Insurance we are giving out FREE COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE to all our installment accounts. We have been able to process some of the insurance claims (attached some photos for reference). After all the necessary requirements are furnished, the process of the claim will begin (45 working days processing time). After which, they will email to us the approval of the claim so the unit can be repaired already. Some of the claims though, will take a little longer than other claims for different reasons, mostly the lack of requirements. I would like to ask for a little understanding from all of you sir that Insurance claims are not that easy to process, based on my own experience (I had an accident with my FZ16), I have completed the submission of my requirements last December 2011 and my claim was approved only last April 2, 2012. We are always on top in doing the necessary follow-ups for the claims, but considering the insurance company is based in Manila, we can only do as much. I hope I have explained our side of the story and rest assured, we are always welcome for any questions, comments and suggestions for the betterment of our service to all of you.
