Just signed the contract last Aug. 13 for ASE position. Start date is this coming Sept. 8.

Naa lang ko question mga bro:
Asa ta aning "Signed Tentative Earning Declaration"? Mangayo ko ani sa akong previous employer? Sa tanan requirements kay kani ra jud akong wala nasabtan.

I think, If naa ka previous employer then you need to sign the T.E.D coz e consolidate man ni Accenture imong previous earnings from previous employer for taxation sa Year 2014. kung wala ka natagaan ug T.E.D just ask your POC coz usually apil mana sa "blue book"

Depende kung asa ka na workforce (e.g. Solutions/Tech, Operations (a.k.a BPO), etc.) pero usually kung sa Solutions/Tech ka then morning ra kasagaran pero naa gihapon mga nightshift depende sa client.

Mao bah bro. I asked about this with my previous employer and they said nga dili na daw sila mu hatag ani once ning resign na daw ko didto. They also said nga gi reflect na daw ni sa akong BIR form 2316 for this year..

actually ang imong POC ang mohatag ug T.E.D form sa imoha, kay naa man mga options didto (option1 and 2 check nalang sa TED form kung unsay pasabot ana) then you have to choose among the options on how Accenture will consolidate your income from previous employer for current yr(2014) and income pud nimo kay Accenture. And then dapat imo e affix imo signature that why they call it "Signed Tentative Earning Declaration".

Para sure jud ka then maklaro pud tawagi nalang imo POC am sure maka explain sila ug maayo about ana.. )
