did that already, but there was one mechanic who tried to change the coils inside with a new one but failed cause the new coil was shorter than the original one. I told them to take something similar but every store i went didn't have anything a like at all. I met this mechanic at a honda store in pdel rosario and called someone who he knew has geniune part. hopefully they will confirm today mag add daw nang shipment fee to make it arrive 3-4 days

great idea sir. what's the name of the group in fb? tried searching keywords like "kawasaki curve" "curve cebu" but no results to a group.

It was serviced by a mechanic who happens to be our friend.

it's mileage was 10k+ when we got it. send a photo of the starter later

thats the gud moto trading (honda moto alliance) in p del rosario; they sell genuine parts of kawasaki. there is a kawasaki center one block away there which is also theirs.


coil? you mean the coil that produces AC electricity that recharges battery? what is that starter thing you mean? where is it located specifically?

lage sir. luckily gi mods na syag lights sa previous owner hahaha. nag plan ko try anang projector na suga sa headlight kana mura sa mga mio ba. pero nahadlok ko ba c di makaya sa engine kay ang lights niya direct man sa engine. meaning di sya mo on if di on ang engine.

it's located just above the crankcase. it looks like a big dynamo. It's purpose is to start up the engine

lucky you got a moded lights na when you bought that.


if its a projector you mean, it "should" be a battery drive, not engine drive. all "recent" projectors are LED.

i see, that thing which looks like a big capacitor visible when you look in the engine? the one near the rear tire right? if yes, thats quite expensive...even to other brands. but its a rare thing that gets damaged.

yes, thats mr. tagle... he sells genuine kawasaki curve parts... there are facebook online stores also who sell kawasaki curve non-genuine compatible parts.

yes, exactly this is it. thats a rare thing that gets damaged....and quite expensive too (even in other brands/scooters).

have you gone also to speed racing in mandaue? biggest motorcycle parts in mandaue..they have tremendous stocks of any motorcycle parts.
