no shifting schedules man amoa diri. fixed nana siya. den kung asa gani ka nga area (table and computer) kay imo na jud na nga area. walay lain mogamit sa imo table. pwede nimo ibutang imo gamit sa table kay wala may maka-gamit lain.

Flex means that for example, the employee must render 8 hrs a day for a company. So if the company offer flex sched until 10AM, that means you can in anytime in the morning not beyond 10AM, so if you're in at 9AM, you're 8 hrs is until 6PM, so if you're in at 8AM, you're 8 hrs in the office is until 5PM only. Beyond that, it's up to you if you render it as an OT or not. Do Phil-AM offer flex sched too?

ah.ok.. dili siya flex sched bro. sauna kay flex ang sched diri pero wala pud ko kabalo y gitangtang ang flex sched kay wala pa man pud ko ato nga time. ang IN namo as of now kay 7am pero naa mi 1hour allowance before i-consider nga late. so, pwede ra ka mo-IN 7:30 or 7:59 as long as wala pa 1hour. pero you have to extend in the afternoon para ma eksakto imo working hours.

10 hours bro monday to thursday, with 1hour lunchbreak nana and 15minutes break morning and afternoon. den 8 hours ra friday mao gihapon ang mga breaks. ang working hours sa saturday kay gitunga man from monday to thursday mao 10hours siya den 8 hours ra sa friday ug no work sa saturday and sunday.

naa ko diri ga-work mga bro.. nice jud ni nga company if ako lang ang pasultion. nindot ang environment. dili pressure ang schedule. sa amo team kay 8am to 7pm sauna pero krn kay 7am to 6pm na kay giusab namo ang scheds tungod sa fly over construction diri may banilad area. wala pud diay mi work saturday. so ang sched jud namo kay 7am to 6pm monday to thursday. den 7am to 4pm fridays. apply na mo diri kay nice jud/
