    used to smoke for 8 years.. quit cold turkey.. now am almost 3 years smoke free (at least first hand.. lolz).. nag pusta-kwarta me ato.. kabayad lage sila.. hahaha.. and i kept my promise.. naa japoy cravings pero ginagmay nalang..

    just quit it completely... workout ka and exercise.. do some other activities.. i quit smoking for 5 years already....

    undang na ko for 3 months ron TS. mind control lang jd.. e.divert imong huna2 sa laing butang if ganahan ka mosigarilyo. mao ra jd na.

    nakahinay hinay na jud ko ron.. maka sigarilyo lang ko if di na jud mapugngan .. so far karong buwan kay wala pa..
    last month kay murag 10 ra ka stick hahahaha

    Its been 5 months since I stopped smoking dre sa office. Hapit na akong goal, a month to go! wohooooo!
