if you want to OC... i recommend to save your money and purchase intel's "K" CPUs and pair it with a good Z77 mobo for OC... this is the best that we can get for an OC'able system... wla lang labot ang LGA 2011 ani sa akoang statement kay mahal man gud ni as of this moment...
AMD's offerings is really no match for any Intel's "K" CPU... again, save your hard earned money if you want to OC your system... skip AMD... and buy Intel's "K" variants...
it is unfair to compare Intel's i3 to any CPU (either from Intel or AMD) for OC... we know that the SB/IV i3's are locked CPUs... then, why do we compare it to a CPU that can be OC'ed for OC purposes?
but if money is not a constraint... go Intel's LGA 2011 for an "extreme OC rig"...

of coarse this guys are talking if you already have enough resources and if you can still wait until you can afford your desire intel unit...but if your on a tight budget and your so eager to have a cpu unit (depends for what purpose your using it)then go amd much more cheaper and the performance is just quite right you will never go wrong with amd...but i must admit intel is more powerful but way more expensive! so your choice want a high cost great performer cpu go intel, but if you want cheaper and mediocore performance go amd!!

u can always get a celeron sandy bridge if budget really is tight, still has advantage over amd offerings---for now.
