This happens during my bday....just this year...

We have early celebration with my family kay ngsunod man me og bday sa ako papa (so gdungan lng na moh ug celebrate)...

On the day of bday, my bf ask me to come with him after our shift (we both work on graveyard)... We went to a jewelry store in SM...at the back of my mind, I was thinking he was just going to buy me a gift, it could be bracelet or necklace...so wala rah jud ko...but suddenly he grabs my hand ug gdala ko sa "engagement ring section" and he said "take ur pick"....i laugh at him saying "seryos ni??" (grabe nah iyang singot, and ang tindera cge nah og tan-aw na moh...)....

Then ingon cya "cge nah pili nah"...at those time, ngcge lng ko og tan-aw niya, den sa mga rings....mga pila ka minutes, i finally found a ring... After that ..my bf held the ring for a moment, we are just looking on it... ug ni-ingon cya nah " Mine, I know i'm not that sweet nor ur perfect kind of guy....but will you take me?....i know dli pah pwede, wala man sad ko ng-ingon nah karon dayon...but mine, i know to myself nah ikaw nah jud ako ghuwat.... will you take this ring today and promise me that we will spend our future.... together?

Hala nalisang ko for a moment...dli bya ni sweet ako uyab, unexpected au toh..I froze for a moment, i don't know how to react..

After saying YES to him...

then I realized, dli mo-matter kung unsa ka bongga ang usa ka butang, what matters most is the love u have for each other....your love for each other makes things worthy and beautiful....

Then, ask your friends to ride one of the jeepneys that they have to rent and slowly let the jeep pass by you guys slowly and let them flash the big question with matching loud, romantic music (preferably your theme song...)

Up lang ni nako nga thread. I've been planning to propose to my gf after I completely ran the 42k(Full Marython) sa Cebu Marathon this coming January 2013. Ang akoa plano kay a few meters before the finish line kay magdala ko og tarp nga naay suwat "_____________, I ran the full marathon, to marry you!!!" Dayon pag-abot sa finish line luhod(kung kaya pa ibawg ang tuhod) sa iyang atubangan, hatag sa sing2x. By the way, naa ko mga kakonsabo para maghuwat gyud sya sa may finish line.

Though, naa nako nahibaw-an na naghimo ani na paagi sa pagpropose, sa inyo tan-aw ok ra ni mga bro/sis? Please lang sad post sa inyo mga suggestions, if naa. Thanks daan.
