    Wow, it's been a long time since nakatanaw ko sa akong thread hehehe tnx kau guys sa mga experiences and advice, good thing 3 pages p lng ky mabasa p nko all ur comments hehehe btw, i find planking (not the pa.uso way) quite effective rin pro i still have no abs for now. Hopefully very soon hehehe

    depende man jud na sa body sa tao ang maloose nga fat. as far as i know ang fat people are most likely to burn more fats than those na niwang na.. ] hehehe. tapos if it would be your first time to go on diet and exercise then most likely mas dagan jud ka ma loose nga fats .

    dili man gyd cguro mu gawas ang abs kung dako pa imong tiyan, or ang percentage sa imong body fat taas..try to lose your body fat first, do some cardio before weight training then cardio nasad ka balik...try to eat a high fiber, protein diet, hinay2 sa carbs. This would increase your metabolism in turn utilize your body fat

    i agree sa mga above post. . if tambok ka, lose WT sa jud, then try to do a lil youtube research, try mga resistance training sa core. and jog or brisk walking ky mka help pod, or any sports, nga naay dagan2. .nga mag involve ug physical. so utang na Loob, wai mag chess. .haha!

    and also, fat burners will help too. . labi sa mga busy kaau,nga wai time mka hit sa gym. . pwede mo sa nyu lng haws, mag exercise, naa mn dghan DVD ana. .right now, osahay mo sabay ko sa akong mama, shes using 2 walk mile by leslie Sansone every morning amo session.

    bitaw if ganahan gud ka mgka-abs...do leg raises. to do: sit on the edge of a bench. grab the side of the bench with ur hands and raise your legs until the top of your thighs almost touch your chest. then lower your legs but DO NOT LET UR FEET TOUCH THE FLOOR. keep ur balance by keeping your abs tight at all times. do this up to as many reps you can, or up to 30reps. Rest and repeat the set to failure. Then doa third set. 3 sets of 30 should be enough. This will be for ur lower abs.

    for ur upper abs...lie flat on bench with ur back on it and ur butt just resting on the edge of the bench. keep ur legs straight and pressed against each other. your feet should be resting on the floor at the start of the exercise. then grab the edge of the sides of the bench above your head for balance and support. now begin by lifting your legs towards ceiling, toward your upper body until ur body formes a 45 degrees angle, your feet should be well above ur head and reaching beyond. lower your legs slowly.,keeping your legs straight at all time and pressed together. your abs wil be flexed and tight all these time. lower your legs slowly until your feel almost touch the floor..almost, but not quite. DONT LET YOUR FEET TOUCH THE FLOOR! the moment you do your abs muscles will relax and thats not the aim of this exercise. repeat the rep..you can do 10 reps per set and do 3sets. if youre strong doing 20reps per set should be easy. if your girly-weak...youll be lucky if u can do 5. =) this is not easy.

    one important note though, do this wearing jogging pants..not shorts...shorts will slide down towrds ur "singit" as you raise your legs...exposing your brief and your kigols to the public. ahahah.

    you can research on youtube on how to do it if my instructions are not detailed enough. and 2 additional points to complete your abs program.

    first, there is no abs without running. do sprints of 100 meters at your full speed. over and over again. do this regularly. the legs raises will build your abs muscles but these are artificial motions. the natural motions that develop abs can be found in sprinting...as your legs move forward very fast your abs work to keep ur upper body abreast. they also lift your legs forwrd for the next step. do this, and not only will you develop abs but also develop ur overall cardio conditioning--your heart and lungs will be stronger. your legs too.

    second, develop overall "core" muscles strength. wen you flex ur abs, rmember that your flexing it against your other core muscles ( if you dont know what core muscles are look it up on youtube). muscles in our body all have a pair that pulls in the opposite directions. ex. biceps and triceps. u cant flex your biceps hard enough if your triceps are weak. same applies to ur abs. to be able to provide resistance to ur abs when flexing, your back muscles should be strong. do a deadlift regularly. ( research this also if you dont know how to do it.) start with very light weight. and NEVER ATTEMPT A DEADLIFT unless you know how to do it properly. after a while you should be able to lift about 100% to 150% of your body weight. say youre 50kg..you should be able to lift as much.

    NOW these suggestions are simple, but they require hard work. For real men, ingon nila. If you cant do the deadlift, at least do the leg raises and the sprint. They will do wonders for ur body, not just your abs. YOull feel faster and stronger. These methods require hard work. If you want abs that dont require hard work there is an easy method.... Go and get your makeup kit and draw lines on your tummy. (joke! )
