    1. swimming - increases your heart rate and makes you fitter.
    2. sit-up - helps burn calories
    3. dance aerobics - fun and keeps you fit and healthy

    For bodyweight exercises:
    -Pull Ups -
    -Push Ups
    -Abs / Jump Rope

    Maayo ni kay walay gastos sa gym membership. Haha!

    Pushup, Inverted Rows, and Sprints.

    Pushups are just awesome...anyone who REALLY knows about them can relate. And u can make them harder as u get stronger in a lot of ways.

    Inverted rows I pick over pull ups or chin ups coz they balance the forward pull of the pecs on the shoulders that were developed by the pushups. Also chin ups or pull ups train the lats and the lats pull ur shoulders forward & down, still bad posture. And bad posture can really mess u up.

    Sprints, coz its a full lower body workout...plus all 3 exercises already work ur core, so no problem with abs...nuff said.

    1. jerk
    2. front squats
    and as my best conditioning exercise for number 3. pushing a car on neutral with a driver inside uphill or not.

    Inverted Rows is the best part... though I am not a big fan of this exercise coz i can't seem to do it right whenever I tried to do it. Hehehe! Front Squat will hit your core big time!

    1. Compound Exercises in the gym - muscle mass
    2. HIIT - fat burning
    3. Calisthenics - for explosive moves LOL
