Pushup, Inverted Rows, and Sprints.
Pushups are just awesome...anyone who REALLY knows about them can relate. And u can make them harder as u get stronger in a lot of ways.
Inverted rows I pick over pull ups or chin ups coz they balance the forward pull of the pecs on the shoulders that were developed by the pushups. Also chin ups or pull ups train the lats and the lats pull ur shoulders forward & down, still bad posture. And bad posture can really mess u up.
Sprints, coz its a full lower body workout...plus all 3 exercises already work ur core, so no problem with abs...nuff said.![]()

and as my best conditioning exercise for number 3. pushing a car on neutral with a driver inside uphill or not.
