yep its not... but kinda like it... anyway, the site used for online application mao man gihapon ang site gigamit sa DOLE-NARS, which is practical kysa maghimo another site. nakabutang lang didto nga dili na pwede mo apply ang katong nurses sa DOLE-NARS (too bad for me). RN HEALS is one year daw, 6 months raman tong DOLE-NARS... pero pareha raman og responsibilities i guess.. lahi lang og name...

3months mi hospital duty sa Malabuyoc
-hatag meds including IVTT
-himu soapie
-nursing procedures
-if matymingan ka og tapulan nga staff og nursing aides imo tanan lihok
(kasulay mi nga sa katapulan sa NA gi bana2x ra ang rr sa newborn baby, imagina iyang girecord sa chart kai 18 cpm nya di diay to, lukso akong kalag oi, so check sad ka sa chart always)
-sa ER, receive ka patient i-assess nimo, taod ka IV, skin test, start og meds suwat nimo sa chart tanan then ig abot sa ward ikaw gihapon mag receive sa patient hehe

pero naa sad mga super nice and kugihan nga NOD

1 and a half month sa RHU
-EPI
-prenatal
-mother's class
-pulong2x
-assist ka sa mga medical missions
-tig suture ig operation tuli
-wound dressing
-assess nimo og tarung if naay mga consultations og routine check-up
-handle or assist or cord care if naay manganak
-kasuway sad ko og tally og compute sa annual budget para sa RHU
-tig adto sa municipyo (errands)
-encoder

1 and a half month sa DepEd
-roving nurse sa mga schools especially katong naa sa bukid nga dili maabot og habal2x (hike ang show-beware of snakes)
-deworming
-health teachings
-health inspections
-if wala ka sched nga school visit kai adto ra ka sa district school clinic mag tambay buhat paperworks, if naay student masamad, wound dressing, if naay sakit, hatagan og meds

all in all, nindot kaayo cya nga experience, you'll learn to become independent kai ikaw raman usa usahay.. you'll meet locals and please don't refuse their gifts (like mga veggies nga harvest nila) kai mainsulto nya.. mingle with them malipay kaayo cla ana.. you will learn so much from them.. and sa rest days nimo, take time to enjoy the local sceneries..

8k ang stipend from DOLE + 2k ang allowance from LGU per month
you'll be given a Landbank cash card for the stipend. on time mo deposit ang DOLE kung on time sad ka mosubmit og DTR
ang LGU allowance kai ma delay usahay kai i-approve paman na nya busy ang mayor

naa sad diay mi daily journal and lahi sad ang weekly journal. papirmahan sad na nimo, kai mao na evidence nga ni duty ka and wala lang ka nag sitting pretty didto

Mao na ako na experience sa DOLE-NARS i dunno karon kai RN HEALS naman bacin naa nay changes and improvements

mao tingali daghan nurses sa hospitals (kasagaran public) murag walai Tender Loving Care sa pasyente.. naa gi saligan

agree ko ani... sa kadaghan nas nurses murag wla nay TLC... ky kato lng lola nko purya hisgot.. kanang pagpasok anang tube sa baba luoy tawn kaayo... sakit bya na.. nya yanuhon lng intawon nila ug paslak.. sa kato ng mga nurses nga nawala ang TLC.. i hope dli ma tanan nah.. ky kung kamo sad matungdan maka pamisti jud mo.. huhu...
