    1998 - 55
    1999 - 54 >> - 1
    2000 - 69 >> + 15

    2003 - 92 >> + 15
    2004 - 102 >> + 10
    2005 - 117 >> + 15

    Is the government really serious in fighting corruption? The figures seem to contradict.

    Waha ha ha ha. figures dont lie. GMA is the worst President to handle the economy. And she even claims to be an economist. Basin peke pud nang iyang pagka economist.

    the number represents our rank in terms of corruption. the lesser the number - less corruption. +/- figure that I put is just shows that it is getting worse for the past years.

    for me, I'm sure the biggest source of the corruption is the Pork Barrel... look at the party list ...
    they have an allocation of such but no such transparencies on what they did on the money...
    Oh, except Sator Ocampo, it's uses is to finance the rallies and riots...
