Just wondering , whats with your case ? Its not probably , its been like that ... FEMALES cost more than MALES when pricing out of the same litter on quality pups .

i didnt go into detail ani before, but all i remember was we bought
a she pup (mao man amo kelangan), ang male niya is mas mahal..
sila ra man ng-talk gud .. she's three years old now..
gsd gyapon to xa.. but i think depende ra pud na sa owner..
maybe both of them were thinking women are useless without men, hahahaha
if it was mine, id sell them for 15 both genders

chip-in ko gamay, in some other breeds (i dunno with gsds), show exhibitors prefer males over fems because of the fact nga "panlaban" man gud ang males... also, if you get an excellent male, it will not be hard for you to get females where you can breed him with as compared to the other way around...

ill give example... when i was scouting for an import pug, friends from pug club in manila tried hard to convince me to get a MALE instead of a female.. basically because ingon sila i wont find much trouble finding good female/s as compared to if ill get a good female but definitely maglisod ko mangita ug excellent male nga open for stud.

i dunno maybe mao pod reason why mas mahal price sa male kato gipalitan sa TS sa una...

That is understandable bai if the male has a different bloodline from the female or vice versa which has the potential of providing top progenies kaso in the case of both male and female of the same litter , dali ra man kaayo ma establish ang pricing nila properly unless it is the owners deiscretion but wala ko naka encounter ug MALE na mas mahal sa FEMALE of the same litter .

ANyway we should discuss this sa BREEDING , BUYING and SELLING TIPS na thread . Very crucial kaayo pod ni sa mga SELLERS .
