i think roxas went overboard and mis interpreted the whole thing
what pimentel meant is that, roxas may someday "insert" his own interest, especially now that he is married (more mouths to feed).

however due to the malicious mind of roxas, he took it as pure sexual innuendo. although i acknowledge pimentel's brilliant strategy... a very shrewd politician if i may say... thumbs up senator pimentel.

for roxas, for loosing his calm and exposing his weakness... tsk3x a quality characteristic to pretentious TRAPO politicians.
